Here is a beautiful ruby ring that we took in from a bankruptcy. It is set in 18kt yellow gold with about 2cts of diamonds and a 2.11ct ruby with an AGTA (American Gem Trade Association) colored gem report stating the stone to be of natural origin. I do not know who made the ring, but they did good work.
