Here is some of the damage that is visible while wearing the ring.  Pitting and wrinkling where the ring shank was broken during the sizing process.

If you missed part one, this was done by a jeweler working on one of the Vatche rings that we carry.  Make sure your jeweler has experience before leaving things to be sized.  This is fortunately an extreme and extremely rare occurance.  It is the first time in 30 years that I have ever seen anything this eggregious and I am at a loss to explain how the jeweler kept a straight face while claiming that it was the fault of Vatche.
